This Privacy Policy explains our online and offline information practices, the kinds of information we may collect, how we intend to use, store, protect, disclose and share this information, and how you can opt-out of a use or correct or change such information. This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference the Lemello Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to Lemello's games, stores, websites, and related services, which we collectively call the Service. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy . If we make any material changes, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including by posting a notice in the Services before the changes become effective.

By accessing, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Lemello Terms of Service and expressly and informed consent to the processing of your personal information following this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, please do not install or use the Services.

We collect (directly from you or from third-party sources) and our privacy practices depend on the services you use and the requirements of applicable law. In all cases, we are committed to protecting your personal data.

3.1 Data You Provide Us Directly

• Our payment service provider will collect any payment details (purchase ID, amount spent, currency, date, time, voucher, or offer used) for any purchases you make through the Lemello store

• Data about builds, your account, game progress, and in-game events, including an internal account ID that is automatically created in most cases
• Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (e.g. your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address)
• Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language, internet service provider, and mobile operator
• Usage data, such as data we collect using cookies and similar technologies (see more below)
• Extensive location data (e.g. country or city-level location)
• Data about your use of the Service, such as game data, purchases

3.3 Data We Collect from Our Partners

We also use third-party partners such as data analytics providers, and advertising networks to supplement the information we hold about you, such as:

• Demographic data (e.g. to determine the rough location of an IP address)
• Data to combat fraud (e.g. refund abuse in games)
• Data from the platform the game is running on or from payment service providers (such as payment verification data)
• Data for advertising and analytics purposes (such as surveys) so we can serve you better
• We also integrate multiple data analytics services, including but not limited to Flurry (Oath Inc.) and AppsFlyer (AppsFlyer Inc.). They provide us with analytical data for application optimization.

4. WHY DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION

All personal information we collect will be stored by our cloud hosting provider on servers located in secure facilities and protected by industry-standard protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information, such as firewalls and data encryption. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee 100% the security of our systems. If any information under our control is stolen due to a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, as appropriate, notify the individual whose information may have been stolen and take other steps following any applicable laws and regulations.

By using the Services or providing us with personal information, you agree that we may communicate electronically with you regarding security privacy and administrative issues related to your use of the Services. If we become aware of a breach in our security systems, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Service or by sending you an email, or via a push notification.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Our services are global in nature, so your data can be transferred anywhere in the world. As different countries may have different data protection laws than your own, we take steps to ensure that there are adequate safeguards to protect your data as described in this Privacy Policy. We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or necessary to provide you with services. For example, we may periodically de-identify unused gaming accounts, and we may periodically review and de-identify unnecessary data.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with services unless we are required by law to delete it or we accept your request to delete the information. We will also retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

To protect your privacy, we may also take additional steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, such as asking you to provide us with purchase receipts or other account information, asking you to associate your email address with your gaming account link, or asking you to answer questions about your activity on our Services. Once you have verified your identity, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf, as required by applicable law, by providing the agent's contact information to our customer support staff.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 2018 ("COPPA") provides the privacy policy that website operators must include, when and how to obtain the consent of parents or guardians, and the responsibilities that operators must protect the privacy and safety of children, including restricting sales to children under the age of 13.

So these services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other ages as required by local law), nor does Lemello knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 (or under 16 in some EU jurisdictions) using our games, please contact us at wonderland_android@support.lemello.net. If we can identify your child, we will delete your child's personal information unless you provide us with verifiable consent for your child to continue to use our games.

Please note that for some of our Services we may use a higher age limit (such as 16) than described in the above two paragraphs. We do this to provide a safe game experience for our players and to protect Young Players.

11. FOR CALIFORNIA USERS

The following section applies only to California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") provides additional rights to know, delete, and opt-out, and out and requires "businesses" that collect or disclose personal information to provide notice and a means to exercise these rights.

The right to access, learn about, object to or delete your information

You may have the right to confirm that we are processing and accessing your personal data. If you have any questions about the processing, or you would like to know more about the personal data we process about you, you are welcome to contact us at any time and we will provide you with more information.
